In the unlikely event that your SIGMA product needs repair, it will have to be returned to us or the retailer from whom it was purchased.
How to send a product in for repair?
Generally our customers take their product back to the retailer from whom it was purchased, they will take care of the repair process. Alternatively, you can send it directly to SIGMA Benelux in the Netherlands, who is the authorized service partner for Ireland.

Please, don't forget to enclose a cover letter giving your full contact details (including e-mailadress) and a brief description of the fault. A copy of your purchase receipt should be enclosed as well.
Once the repair is reghistered onto our service system, a message will be sent to confirm the receipt of the repair.
How much will the repair cost?
If your product is still within its 12 month manufacturers warranty (or extended by 24 months), the repair will be free of charge. Once the product is outside of its warranty period - or the fault is not covered by the warranty - a technical estimation needs to take place in order to give an estimate of the repair costs.
After technical inspection our technicians will raise an estimate if the repair costs exceed €120,- excluding VAT* (21%), otherwise a repair will be carried out immediately.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for repair. In the unlikely event it exceeds this, please contact us.

In addition to the standard 12 months European warranty, SIGMA offers their customers two years of extended warranty free of charge. You can claim the extended warranty by registering your purchase with us here.
