How to make a cashback claim?
Once you have purchased your new SIGMA lens, simply fill in the form in below. Upload pictures of the receipt, warranty card and submit the cashback application form. If the application meets these terms and conditions, cashback will be sent via bank transfer to the person named as the claimant between four to six weeks of receipt of the completed application
